  • PROJECT EVALUATION

    DK Painting & Construction provides it's clients with free estimates. An estimate will help define the project with some simple questions to determine which of our areas will provide you with the best service we can warrantee at the best price.

  • PROJECT ESTIMATION

    A D.K. sales representative will contact you or your representative on the property to further define your needs and priorities. Our estimator will walk each building and elevation to determine the scope of work.

  • PROPOSAL

    D.K. will furnish you with a detailed scope of work and will review with you how the scope and pricing is put together. Rest assured, you will find comfort in knowing D.K.'s project assessments reflect 28 years in the business!

  • CONTRACT AND CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING

    Construction scheduling will be created around your project's priorities to avoid tenant problems and to create a safe environment.

Construction Services

  • CONSTRUCTION

    Moving forward from the design stage, our construction manager will assign the project manager, field supervisor, foreman and labor best suited for the scope of work. Field supervision and quality workers are most important for DK Construction.

  • WORK IN PROGRESS

    As a D.K. client, you will be given full coverage of your project's work in progress. You will be given a password that you can log on to our web site 24/7 and review a current summary of work in progress with new photographs updated weekly.

  • QUALITY ASSURANCE

    Prior to you accepting the work performed on your property, D.K. will pre-walk each phase of the job to insure our highest standards are met. Acceptable quality assurance is only "acceptable" through your approval.

  • ISSUES

    D.K. Construction will handle each and every issue fairly and in a timely manner just when every moment counts, all you will have to do is give us a call or look for us on-site. We look forward to attending your needs shortly!
